Michael Pappas President
Michael I. (Mike) Pappas, President and CEO of The Keyes Company, is responsible for providing the company's strategic vision, overseeing operations, and planning expansions and acquisitions.
Mike is currently Vice Chairman of the National Association of Realtors Big Broker Advisory Board. He is also serving as a director for the Trulia.com Advisory Board. He had the great honor of having held the Chairman’s position for the Young President’s Organization. Mike has been recognized as Real Estate "Up and Comer of the Year" by Price Waterhouse and South Florida magazine.
Theodore J. Pappas Chairman
Under Pappas' leadership, the company has grown from less than 100 sales associates to a commercial and residential sales force of more than 2,000 associates.
Theodore J. (Ted) Pappas joined The Keyes Company as a branch sales manager in 1962 and was named Chairman in 1969 when management control shifted from founder Kenneth Keyes to Pappas. Ted has long been involved in civic, religious and community activities with such groups as the United Way, the First Presbyterian Church of Miami, and the Miami Chamber of Commerce.
Tim Pappas Vice President
A Certified Public Accountant, Timothy (Tim) Pappas is Vice President of The Keyes Company. In this capacity, he is responsible for all financial aspects of the business.
Tim earned his Accounting degree from Florida State University, and then joined the organization in 1982. In the 1990s Tim created the company's philanthropic vision, and he continues to spearhead Keyes' community-related programs.
